To use LearnShrewd, we may ask you to provide information such as your name, email address, account details, learning goals, AI experience level, role, team needs, and answers to onboarding questions. We may also automatically collect technical information from your device, such as language settings, IP address, time zone, browser, device type, operating system, pages visited, clicks, and course activity.

We use this information to provide the service, personalize your learning experience, process payments, improve courses, provide customer support, measure ads, understand product performance, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

  • Support and communications data, including messages you send us through forms, email, chat, or support tools.
  • Referral and marketing data, such as referring URLs, campaign data, ad interactions, and the pages or links that brought you to LearnShrewd.
  • Device and technical data, such as IP address, approximate location, language settings, time zone, browser, device type, operating system, and device settings.

14. How Do Not Track Requests Are Handled

Some browsers offer a Do Not Track signal. There is not yet a consistent industry standard for responding to these signals, so LearnShrewd does not currently respond to Do Not Track requests unless required by applicable law.
