Trial, renewal, billing, cancellation, and subscription access terms.
Last updated: July 4, 2026Please read these Subscription Terms carefully. They explain the terms under which you obtain access to LearnShrewd courses, learning materials, AI-powered features, certificates, and other paid services.
These Subscription Terms are incorporated into the LearnShrewd Terms & Conditions and form part of the agreement between you and LearnShrewd.
We may offer a paid or free trial for LearnShrewd. Trial terms, duration, price, renewal date, and included features will be shown near the point of purchase or signup.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription and your selected payment method may be charged the price shown at checkout for the selected subscription period.
A subscription grants access to LearnShrewd for the period selected at purchase, such as monthly, quarterly, annual, or another period disclosed at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. The renewal period will generally match the initial subscription period unless another renewal period is disclosed to you.
Some offers may renew at the full, non-discounted price after an introductory period. Please read the purchase screen carefully before subscribing.
Payment will be charged to the payment method you submit at purchase. You authorize LearnShrewd and our payment providers to store payment information as needed and automatically charge applicable subscription fees, renewals, taxes, and other disclosed amounts.
If a payment attempt fails because your payment method expires, has insufficient funds, or is otherwise declined, we may retry billing, use another stored payment method where permitted, suspend access, or terminate your subscription. You remain responsible for amounts owed.
If you restart a canceled or expired subscription, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file or any new payment method you provide.
Canceling a trial or subscription disables future automatic renewal, but you may keep access to paid features until the end of the then-current period unless otherwise stated.
To avoid renewal charges, cancel before the end of the trial or current subscription period using the cancellation method provided in your account, billing portal, purchase confirmation, or checkout flow.
Deleting an app, closing your account, uninstalling software, not using the service, or failing to log in does not automatically cancel a subscription.
If you purchased through a third-party marketplace or app store, you must cancel through that marketplace or app store account settings. LearnShrewd may not be able to cancel or refund purchases controlled by third-party platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may change subscription fees, billing periods, features, or access terms from time to time.
If required by law, we will provide reasonable notice of material price changes before they apply to you. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, cancel the subscription before the change goes into effect.
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy and may depend on how you purchased, whether you used the service, the time since purchase, applicable law, and third-party marketplace rules.
If you purchased through a third-party marketplace or app store, refund requests may need to be submitted directly to that provider under its own rules.
We recommend keeping a copy or screenshot of the subscription terms shown at checkout, including price, renewal period, trial length, and cancellation instructions.
