2. 14-Day Non-Usage Refund
If you purchased a subscription directly from LearnShrewd and have not yet interacted with the product, you may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
For this policy, “not interacted with the product” means zero course progress and no activity beyond initial account setup or onboarding. Refunds are typically processed for the initial payment only.
To initiate a refund request, email support@learnshrewd.com with the email address used for purchase, the purchase date, and a brief explanation of the request.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests where the service has been used, where the request appears abusive, where the request falls outside this policy, or where a refund is not required by applicable law.
