1. Our Commitment

At LearnShrewd, we aim to provide high-quality practical AI education. If the service does not meet your expectations, this Refund Policy explains when a refund may be available and how to request one.

This policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both learners and the people who create, maintain, and support the LearnShrewd platform.

2. 14-Day Non-Usage Refund

If you purchased a subscription directly from LearnShrewd and have not yet interacted with the product, you may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

For this policy, “not interacted with the product” means zero course progress and no activity beyond initial account setup or onboarding. Refunds are typically processed for the initial payment only.

To initiate a refund request, email support@learnshrewd.com with the email address used for purchase, the purchase date, and a brief explanation of the request.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where the service has been used, where the request appears abusive, where the request falls outside this policy, or where a refund is not required by applicable law.

3. Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased through a third-party marketplace, payment provider, app store, or reseller, refunds may be controlled by that provider’s own rules. You may need to request a refund directly from that provider.

LearnShrewd may not be able to process refunds for purchases controlled by third-party platforms.

4. Note for EEA, UK, and Swiss Consumers

If you are a consumer based in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may have a legal right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 days. However, digital content and services can be treated differently depending on whether you requested immediate access or whether the service has already begun.

When you purchase digital content or a subscription and request immediate access, you may lose some withdrawal rights or receive only a proportionate refund for the unused part of the service, depending on applicable law.

To exercise a withdrawal right where available, email support@learnshrewd.com before the withdrawal period expires and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

5. Optional Withdrawal Form

You do not have to use a specific form, but if you prefer, you may send the following information to support@learnshrewd.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service; received on; name; email address used for purchase; and date.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or marketplace.

A refund does not automatically cancel an active subscription unless we confirm cancellation or your subscription settings show that renewal has been disabled. Please cancel separately when required.
